Conditions of Return

Buyers may return or exchange eligible items.
Buyers must contact us and return the item within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused.
Buyers may be responsible for any loss in value if an item is returned in a condition different from when it was received.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the item you have.

Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and show the refund in your account.
